CHILDRENS' OLYMPIC TRAINING - YELLOW TO BLACK BELT

A class that emphasizes Olympic sparring techniques and training. The conditioning in this class is more advanced. Students focus on kicking (pad work), chest protector training, and light-medium contact sparring. The result is a heavy, good old-fashioned sweat.  Head gear, arm / shin guard, chest protector and mouth guard are recommended for this class       

      

ADULT OLYMPIC TRAINING - YELLOW TO BLACK BELT

A Class that emphases Olympic sparring techniques and training. Plyometrics, running, jumping, shuffling and stutter steps are used to condition cardiovascular and muscle endurance. Focus pad , shield and wave master work is performed.


ADULT OLYMPIC TRAINING - BLUE TO BLACK BELT

This class is set up in an interval format to challenge even the highest level of cardiovascular and muscle endurance. Focus pad / chest protector work with Olympic style kicking and punching. Chest protector, cup, arm and shin guards are mandatory in order to participate. Non-contact, semi-contact, and full contact sparring are practiced. This class is designed to develop advanced Black Belt World Students and Canadian Olympic Tae Kwon Do. Head gear, arm / shin guard, chest protector and mouth guard are recommended for this class
